CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Customer initiated cancellation:
Any contract cancellation must be made in accordance with the terms of the legally binding agreement that was signed when you registered to use Plastic Updates services. In this case, Company shall not be liable to refund to the customer any amount/fees/consideration paid especially for unexpired period of the contract post service of notice for cancellation by the customer.
If a registered user cancels or terminates their subscription before its end, they must notify the Plastic Updates Website administrator in writing 30 days before the contract's end date. In such a case, the customer can continue to avail the services on Plastic Updates Website till the expiry of the contract.
Customer shall be liable to pay for the full amount of consideration as agreed in the contract even for the unexpired period of the contract.
All access to the Website and the services provided during the contractual period will be terminated by the company without further notice on the final day of the expiration period, at the end of working hours in accordance with IST.
After the customer's contract expires, any authorized use of Plastic Updates services or access to those services will result in the company taking legal action as the company deems appropriate.
Customer will not have any claim for refund of amount whatsoever in such situation and decision of the Company shall be binding on the customer and shall be final.
Company initiated cancellation:
In an Event, Company prefers to terminate the contract, it shall be within its sole right to do so by giving 30 days prior notice, in terms of the provisions of the agreement and on the expiry of the notice period, the contract will stand automatically terminated without any further action. In this case, company will refund the consideration amount pro-rata for the unexpired period of the contract, within 30 days after the expiry of the notice period.
In an event of breach of any condition of the contract by the customer, especially of the provisions of the Clauses pertaining to Confidentiality, Payment of Consideration, Company shall have right to terminate the contract at once without recourse to the customer having any say or defence. In this case, Company shall not be liable to refund any amounts whatsoever even for the unexpired period of the contract. And Company further reserves right to initiate appropriate action under the law for other remedies including but not limited to damages, penalty, injunction as the Company may deem fit in its discretion.
In case contract stands terminated/cancelled due to impossibility of performance on the part of the Company and/or Act of God, Company shall not be responsible for any refund of money consideration for the unexpired period of contract.
This Agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the Law of India, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any controversy involving Plastic Updates arising from or in any way related to this Agreement or your use of the services of the site shall be submitted to arbitration to be conducted in accordance with the laws of India. The final jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the courts of India.
